Richard Franklin Leifling, 77, of Milford, OH passed away Saturday, November 24, 2018 with his family by his side in the comfort of his home. Richard proudly served his country as a member of the U.S. Army. Richard was the best fisherman and enjoyed spending his days on the water catching fish. His parents: Robert and Margaret Leifling, and his brother, Kenneth J. Leifling preceded him in death. He was a loving husband, father, and brother. Richard is survived by his loving wife of 49 plus years: Carol Leifling (nee: Selph), his beloved son: Scott Leifling (Georgette), his dear grandchildren: Ashley Green, Kalee Simpson (David), and David Simpson, his great-grandchildren: Araia, Averie, and Jaxon, his brother: Donald Leifling, his nieces: Melissa Leifling, and Amye Leifling, his brother-in-law: Glenn Selph (Susan), and his dogs Jake and Isabel. Services for Richard will be handled in private at the convenience of his family.
