Raymond Lee Hatter, 69, of Owensville, OH, passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2022. Born in Covington, KY, on April 17, 1953, he was the son of the late Shirley Ross and Ray Hatter. Raymond enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and riding motorcycles. He loved spending time with family and friends, especially taking care of his grandbabies. In addition to his parents, Raymond was preceded in death by his stepfather: Noble Ross; son: Steven Yates; brother: Bobby Ross and sister: Sheila Lyon. Raymond is survived by his beloved companion: Sonja Wiggins; son: Jason Hatter; daughters: Nikki Mills, Madeline Hatter, Rachel Brock and Faleesha Chipman; brothers: Ron (Vicky) Hatter and Russ Hatter; sisters: Sharon (Berry) Tucker and Sherry (Ron) Winters; grandchildren: Gabby Mills, Malinah Jones, Alexis Berry, Adriana Faith Smith, Haley Culligan, Steven Yates Jr., Emma Yates and Damien Yates and three additional grandchildren; great-grandchildren: Hayden and Adrian Yates and one additional great-grandchild and a host of friends and cousins who he considered brothers.
