Oatley Adkins, Jr., 53, of Covington, KY, passed away on Wednesday, January 5, 2022. Born in Covington, on November 12, 1968, he was the son of the late Mildred and Oatley Adkins, Sr. Oatley enjoyed working with his hands and fixing things. He was an excellent artist and loved to draw. Oatley also enjoyed fishing. He is survived by his sisters: Brenda (Arnold) LeBlanc, Peggy (Joe) Tallon, Cindy (Hector) Sanchez and Abbie (Kenneth) Birch; brother: Joe Asche and numerous nieces and nephews.
