Milton "Jay" Raymond Mounce, Jr., 73, of Union, KY, passed away at his home on Wednesday, April 19, 2023. Born in Cincinnati, OH, on July 22, 1949, he was the son of the late Faye and Milton Mounce, Sr. Milton enjoyed music and was an accomplished drummer. He loved spending time with his grandkids and also enjoyed hiking and camping with family and friends. He enjoyed watching UK Basketball and the Cincinnati Bengals with his son-in-law, John. Jay will always be remembered for his quiet, soft spoken and funny manner. He was very ingenuitive, he could fix or find a way to fix just about anything. He was a great companion and will be greatly missed by all those who knew him and loved him. In addition to his parents, Milton was preceded in death by his brother: Roy White and sister Rita White. Milton is survived by his devoted daughter: Kristin (John) Fugate; granddaughters: Kaitlyn Fugate and Jennaca Fugate brothers: Larry (Kathy) White, Ronnie Mounce, Gary (Juanita) Mounce, Tim Mounce and sisters: Vickie Sizemore, Deberha Perkins, Jeannie (Greg) Goodridge, Darlene Burlew, Mary (Sissy) Hillenbrand. A Visitation will be held on Saturday April 29th, 2023, from 11:00 AM until the Memorial Service at Noon, with lunch following the service. All of this will be held at Dry Ridge Christian Church at 13 School St. in Dry Ridge, KY 41035. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Dry Ridge Christian Church, Education fund or Youth fund.
