Marvin Lee Davis, Jr., 37, of East Bank, WV, passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2022, in Florence, KY. Marvin was in Warren, OH, on October 17, 1984. He was the son of Rita and the Late Marvin Davis, Sr. Marvin was a long-time member of the Ronda Apostolic Church in Cabin Creek, WV. He loved going to church, praising God and listening to Gospel Music, especially The Singing Cookes. He also enjoyed watching professional wrestling. Marvin will be remembered for being very sweet. He made friends everywhere he went, never met a stranger and never forgot a face. He will be deeply missed by all those who knew him. In addition to his father, Marvin was preceded in death by his Papaw: Arthur Davis; uncle: Paul Davis and aunt: Barbara Chapman. Marvin is survived by his mother: Rita Davis of East Bank, WV; sister: Jennifer Ward of Danville, WV; brother: Elijah Davis of East Bank, WV; nephews: Seth Ward, Caiden Ward and Felix Ward all of Danville, WV and grandmother: Helen Atkinson of Lordstown, OH. He is also survived by a host of uncles, aunts and cousins in Ohio and North Carolina. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
