Margaret “Maggie” Ellen Russell, 65, of Covington, KY, passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2022, surrounded by her family. Born in Covington on May 4, 1957, she was the daughter of the late James and Margaret Lipscomb. Maggie worked for McDonalds, a job that she loved, for 18 years before retiring. She enjoyed coloring, listening to music and dancing. Maggie loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Maggie was preceded in death by her son: Michael Petrey and sister: Patty Arlinghaus. Maggie is survived by her life-long partner: Bob Russell; sons: Jason Petrey and Chris (Connie) Petrey; daughters: Shavon (Andrew) Williamson; brothers: Dennis (Betty) Gould and Jim Lipscomb; sisters: Ginny (Jim) Jackson; Ruthann Bowling, Phyllis Dean and Marilyn Brautigan; grandchildren: Austin, Justin, Kaleah, Kaiser, Aaliyah, Layla, Ryder Curtis and Tyler and great-grandchildren: Elijah and Makenzie.
