Linda Matthews, 54, Of Cincinnati, OH, passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2022, with her devoted husband Frank, by her side. Born on December 5, 1967, in Covington, KY, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Cora Robinson. She was a graduate of Holmes High School. Linda loved to cook and went on to work as a cook for many local Nursing Homes before retiring after 15 years of service. She also enjoyed dancing going to the Casino. Linda will always be remembered for being “The Life of the Party.” In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her sister: Sharon Wakefield and brother: Frankie Robinson. Linda is survived by her beloved husband of 27 years: Frank Matthews; daughters: Tenekea Robinson, Frances Robinson and Toshia Robinson; brothers: Paul Robinson, Donald (Christy) Robinson, Denny Robinson, David Robinson and Clarence Robinson Jr.; sisters: Becky McClendon, Jackie Williams, Iona Hallman, Sandy (Dave) Lane, Kathleen Rohrer, Frances Mason and Annie Burke; thirteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and a large extended family. A Visitation will be held on Friday, March 18, 2022, from 11:00 A.M. until the Funeral Service at 12:00 P.M. (Noon) at Serenity Funeral Care, 40 West 6th Street, Covington, KY 41011.
