Linda Mae Baker (Nee: Henson), 58, of Covington, KY passed away Friday, March 31, 2023. She was born February 13, 1965 in Covington, KY to the late George and Virginia Henson. Linda was a spiritual person who enjoyed reading her daily scriptures. She worked hard to care for her family, and she loved being a grandma. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy. She also loved being part of a big family, and she enjoyed cruising around with her sisters. You would rarely see her without her cold Polar Pop and Pall Malls, they were staples in her life. Even when times were hard, Linda always persevered. Linda was a strong woman, and she fought until the end. Even though she lost her battle, she was excited to be reunited with her husband in heaven.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Virginia Henson, her husband, Jim Baker Sr., and her siblings: George, Doug and Geneva Henson. Linda is survived by her loving children: Jimmy Baker (Rachel) and Crystal Baker, her beloved stepchildren: Savonnah Baker-Buschard and Jonathan Courtney, her cherished grandchildren: Patrick Walker, Kingsley Thomas, Greyson Baker, Alexander, Claire and Penelope Courtney, and Oliver Buschard, her dear siblings: Tracy Dixon (Gary), Delores Jackson (Jim), Artie Glacken, Marie Henson (Rob Smith), Jimmy Henson, Timmy Henson, Bobby Henson (Melissa), Tommy Henson, and Dennis Henson, and numerous loving nieces, nephews and friends.

A visitation will be held for Linda on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Serenity Funeral Care, 40 West 6th Street, Covington, KY 41011. A service will be held at 1:00 PM at the Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest with her husband at Highland Cemetery in Ft. Mitchell immediately following the service.
