Kimberly “Kim” Lynn Ewing, 57, of Newport, KY, passed away at her home on Friday, June 3, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. Born on April 3, 1965, in Covington, KY, she was the daughter of the late Henrietta and Burley Ailstock Sr. Kim enjoyed playing Bingo, going to the casino, taking her grandchildren fishing and taking care of her dog, Keisha. She loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Kim was preceded in death by her son: Jeremy Ewing; brothers: Burley Ailstock, Jr. and James Ewing; grandchildren: Haley Conway and Noah Thomas and great-grandchildren: Kyra and Kyla Anderson. Kim is survived by her Fiancee: Alex Turner; son: John (Paige) Ewing; step-son: D.J. (Stephanie) Griffith; daughters: Natasha Ewing, Carrie (Darnell) Walker, Misty Ewing and Wendy Ewing; brothers: David (Julie) Ailstock and Charlie Ewing; 17 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. A Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2022, from 11:00 A.M. until the Funeral Service at 1:00 P.M. at Serenity Funeral Care, 40 West 6th Street, Covington, KY 41011.
