Donna Marie Good (nee Pauly), 81, of Florence, KY, passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Covington, KY, on December 5, 1941, she was the eldest child of the late Tony and Marian Pauly. Donna married the love of her life, Les Good, in 1962. She worked in the cafeteria at Ockerman Middle School for 30 years before retiring. Donna enjoyed her family, playing cards, Wednesday breakfasts at the clubhouse and helping others. In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her brothers: Robert Pauly and James Pauly. Donna is survived by her beloved husband of 60 years: Les Good; sons: Michael (Kim) Good and Bryan (Christy) Good; daughter: Pam (Steve) Schlagbaum; sister: Cindy (Dave) Schachere; brother: Dennis (Diane) Pauly; 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. It was Donna’s wishes that her body be donated to Science. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. at St. Timothy Catholic Church, 10272 US-42, Union, KY 41091. The Mass will be officiated by Father Rick Bolte. Memorials are suggested in Donna’s name to the Parkinson’s Foundation at Parkinson.org or Dravet Syndrome Foundation at DravetFoundation.org.
