Donna Sue Vance, 66, of Loveland, OH, passed away on Thursday, March 23, 2023. Born in Cincinnati, OH, on June 19, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Dorothy Vance. Donna was a free spirit & social butterfly who loved being surrounded by all people. She never met a stranger who remained as such after being in her presence. Donna loved singing, dancing, listening to music, and playing bingo & card games. In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her brother: Wayne Vance. Donna is survived by her daughter: Angela Vance; brother: Robert Vance; sisters: Carol Pollins, Joyce Toedt, Margaret Jump, Shirley Heck and Joan Roberts and numerous nieces and nephews. A Visitation will be held on Monday, April 3, 2023, from 10:00 A.M. until the Funeral Service at 11:00 A.M. at Serenity Funeral Care, 40 West 6th Street, Covington, KY 41011.
