Donald Louis Hazlegrove, Jr was born on March 9, 1971, and entered into eternal rest January 23, 2022. He is survived by his wife Eileen Campbell Hazlegrove, son Wesley McDonald, daughters Laura (Kyle) Harmeling, and Nicole McDonald, grandchildren Skye McDonald-Walker and John McDonald. He is also survived by his father and stepmother Donald and Dessa Hazlegrove, Sr, mother-in-law "Mom" Marianne Campbell, sister Michelle Looney, niece Holleigh Looney, nephew Hunter Looney, many cousins, aunts and uncles and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother Shirley Hazlegrove, daughter Caitlin McDonald and nephew Houston Looney. Donald loved anything science fiction, making light sabers, watching movies and tv and spending time with his family. He is a graduate Jackson County Comprehensive High School and the University of Georgia with degrees in physics and math. He was a communications wiz and could make any computer work. He will be missed by all who knew him. A Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 3, 2022, from 1:00 P.M. until the Funeral Service at 2:00 P.M. at Serenity Funeral Care, 40 West 6th Street, Covington, KY 41011.
