David Todd Lane, 57, of Latonia, KY, passed away on Saturday, March 11, 2023. Born in Covington, KY, on November 28, 1965, he was the son of Rose and the late Ronnie Cottie. David worked as a cook with more than 32 years of service. He loved to spend time with his family, especially playing with his grandchildren. In addition to his mother, Rose Ward, David is survived by his beloved wife of 34 years: Sandra Lane; daughters: Shaunte Robinson and Cassandra (Joshua) Johnson; brother: Eric Lane; sisters: Sondra (George Cousett) Lane and Towana Ward; distant siblings: Roz Dubose and Ronnie and Steven Cottie, uncle: Calvin Lane; nephews: James Cousett, William Cousett, Omar Ward, Eric Lane Jr., Kieran Lane and Tyler Lane; nieces: Tyla Ward, Brianna Ward, Whitney and Chelsea Lane; grandchildren: Camille, Treavon, Tayah, Ja'nia, Josh, Jala, Zendaya, Musa, Sole, Ra, Alana, Cameron and Omega, 1 great-grandchild and friends: Mark and Scottie. A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, from 1:00 P.M. until the Funeral Service at 3:00 P.M. Services will be officiated by Calvin Lane.
