Cynthia Hunter Bihl, 58, of Ft. Mitchell, KY, passed away on Sunday, February 20, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Lexington, KY, on June 28, 1963, she was the daughter of James and Patricia Burns. Cynthia was a 1981 graduate of Dixie Heights High School and received her bachelor’s degree from Northern Kentucky University. She was an avid reader. Cynthia is survived by her mother and stepfather: Patricia Ann Crockett and Joseph Russell Crockett II; father: James Keller (Karen) Burns; son: Simon Peter Bihl V; daughter: Natalie Ann Bihl; brothers: Jon Edward Burns and Joseph Russell (Stephanie Abbott) Crockett III and close friend: Cecilia Powers. Services will be held privately and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, Memorials are suggested to St. Elizabeth Hospice, 483 South Loop Road, Edgewood, KY 41017 or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
