Crystal Marie Marcum Gambrel passed away in her Covington home on Saturday, September 24th, 2022. She was 39 years old, and mother of four children. She worked at a very popular upscale establishment in downtown Cincinnati, where she was very popular, and she loved what she did. She is survived by parents Ralph Jr and Janice Joyner Marcum, of Barbourville, Kentucky, brother Andy Joyner, of South Carolina, sister Angel Marcum Bates, of South Carolina, sister Faith Marcum Mills, of Barbourville, Kentucky, husband Johnny Gambrel, of Ryland Heights, Kentucky, son Devon Marcum, of Erlanger, Kentucky, daughter Amanda Gambrel, of Covington, Kentucky, son Austin Gambrel, of Ryland Heights, Kentucky, son Alex Gambrel, of Ryland Heights, Kentucky. Crystal leaves behind a multitude of family and friends.
