Charles Arthur Cox, 88, of Covington, KY, passed away on Saturday, October 16, 2022. Born in Covington on August 21, 1934, he was the son of the late Clarence and Dora Cox. Charles graduated from Beechwood High School in Ft. Wright, KY and went on to proudly serve his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era. After his time in the service, Charles went to work as a Railroad Conductor, amassing over 20 years of service before retiring. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and traveling in his free time. In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his son: Jon Cox; sister: Sandra Cox and grandson: Jeremiah Cox. Charles is survived by his sons: Bernard Cox, Christopher Cox and Scott Cox; daughters: Charlotte Kindle, Susan Cox, Michelle Beetem and Carman Lake; 13 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and best friend: Scooter.
