Cecil Anthony Powell (Tony), 62, of Florence, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on April 1st. Tony is survived by his mother, Carole Roseberry, two daughters, Tawny McAnnly and Brooke Powell, Brother, Jon Powell, three sisters, Tina Scott, Tracy Schultz and Amy Powell, three grandchildren and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Tony was a U.S. Navy Veteran who was passionate about cooking. He will be deeply missed and always remembered. No services will be held. In lieu of flowers the family asks that a donation is made to the Epilepsy Foundation.
