Bonnie Crawford Langer, 79, of Cincinnati, OH, passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2022, with her devoted children by her side. Born on November 4, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Bill and Ruth Crawford. Bonnie was a 1960 graduate of Newport High School and went on to get her Bachelor’s Degree from Georgetown College in Georgetown, KY and then her Master’s in Education from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH. She taught Elementary School for over 40 years before retiring. Bonnie was very active in the different churches she attended, she taught Sunday school at Mt. Washington Baptist and acted as a youth leader for Mt. Carmel Baptist. Bonnie was an avid reader and enjoyed music, especially musical soundtracks. In addition to her parents, Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband of 25 years: Bill Hammons. Bonnie is survived by her son: Bill (Nicole) Hammons; daughter: Michelle (Sam Rekik) Hammons; grandchildren: Sophie Hammons and Evan Hammons and her dog: Mikisu. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, March 30, 2022, at 1:00 P.M. at Knox Presbyterian Church, 3400 Michigan Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45208. Interment: Evergreen Cemetery, Southgate, KY.
