Alan “Al” Wayne Stegner, 83, of Park Hills, KY, passed away on Monday, May 23, 2022, with his devoted family by his side. Born in Dayton, KY on December 3, 1938, he was the son of the late William and Marjorie Stegner. Al proudly served his country in the U.S Army Aviation Division during the Korean Conflict. Once discharged, he went to work for National Cash Register, retiring after 33 years of service. Al enjoyed his airplane, flying and his nay friends. In addition to his parents, Al was preceded in death by his brothers: Eric Stegner and W. Todd Stegner and sister: Sally Marshall. Al is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years: Sharon Stegner; daughter: Kim (John) Norton; brother: L. Noel (Carol) Stegner; granddaughter: Amy (Nick) Keenan; great-grandchildren: Kylea Norton and Nick Keenan Jr. and many nieces and nephews. A Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2022, from 2:00 P.M. until the Funeral Service at 4:00 P.M. at Serenity Funeral Care, 40 West 6th Street, Covington, KY 41011.
